How We Fund Our annual budget is released twice a year and grants are offered until the funds have been depleted. The Fund’s founders review the applications with members of the Seasons Fund Circle, a small group of arts practitioners. This will mostly consist of previous grantees.
Once granted, the funds can be used freely, including to cover the applicant’s living, travel and emergency expenses. The measure of the project’s success is defined by the grantee, who provides an outline of the desired outcomes as part of the application process. These are reviewed periodically using the timetable, tools and methods defined by the grantee.
